Cardiac Risk Higher for Women Getting Radiation
SAN FRANCISCO (MedPage Today) — Women undergoing radiation therapy for esophageal cancer appear to be at greater risk of cardiac complications than men, researchers reported here at the Multidisciplinary Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium.
