AHA: PPI-Aspirin Pill Eases GI Ulcers in Heart Patients (CME/CE)
LOS ANGELES (MedPage Today) — The incidence of gastric ulcers was reduced by more than half among individuals taking a combination tablet that added a proton pump inhibitor to aspirin for secondary prevention of heart disease, researchers reported here.
